Jesse Crawley, President & Owner

I was born in San Diego, California in 1978 and moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona in 1994. My grandparents, Buck and Patti Craig, founded Armor Fence in 1964 in San Juan Capistrano, California. When they retired to Lake Havasu in 1993, my father, Ron Crawley—a general contractor specializing in doors and trim in San Diego—decided our family had endured enough of California’s hectic lifestyle. Together, we relocated to Arizona to see if my grandfather had one last run in him.

In 1994, Armor Fence was reestablished in Lake Havasu City as a small chain-link and ornamental iron company. My brother and I helped after school and on weekends, alongside one or two employees, to keep the company moving. This continued until 2002, when my grandfather became very ill, and soon after my father faced a serious health scare that forced him into early retirement. Not long after, my grandfather passed away.

At that crossroads, my father sat me down and gave me an ultimatum: if I wasn’t ready to take over Armor Fence, it would close. Without hesitation, I accepted the challenge. From that day forward, I committed fully to building and growing the business.

We soon added Ray Cullins and Mike Hopster to our team, expanding our capabilities by fabricating gates and custom fencing in-house. Over time, Armor Fence evolved from a small operation into a full-service company employing more than 40 dedicated team members. Today, we proudly serve our community by providing high-quality craftsmanship in ornamental iron, CMU/CIP custom block work, stone veneer finishes, custom fabrication, CNC signage, metal artwork, and all forms of commercial and residential fencing.

We are proud to call 1055 Aviation Drive in Lake Havasu City our home base. What matters most to me is not only the quality of the work we deliver but also the people we’ve built this company with. Armor Fence is about community, giving back, and mentoring young men and women into skilled, productive tradespeople.

Mike Hopster, General Manager

As the general manager of a fencing company in Lake Havasu City I am passionate about delivering excellent craftsmanship and exceptional service. Outside of work, I enjoy off roading adventures, fishing in the beautiful waters of Lake Havasu, and working on fabrication projects. I find great satisfaction in seeing raw materials transform into something extraordinary, combining my love for creation and precision in every project. My goal is to provide reliable fencing solutions while pursuing my passions in the great outdoors.

Bre Kistler, Operations Manager

I grew up on my family’s ranch in northern Montana, where I learned the value of hard work and responsibility. In 2013, I moved to Arizona and now serve as the Operations Manager at Armor Fence and Masonry. I take pride in staying organized, keeping projects on track, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Steve Kugler, Salesman

Steve Kugler is an estimator and sales professional with Armor Fence & Masonry, serving families and businesses across Lake Havasu City, Arizona. His career journey is anything but ordinary.

For most of his life, Steve worked as a captain on sportfishing boats out of San Diego, California, where long days on the ocean taught him discipline, patience, and the value of hard work. As he set his sights on building a family, he shifted course and found himself drawn to construction — a field where his grit and work ethic could continue to shine.

What began as a necessity quickly became a passion. Steve discovered that helping families and businesses create security, privacy, and spaces they could be proud of was deeply rewarding. Joining Armor Fence & Masonry was an easy decision, not only because of the meaningful work but also because of the integrity and character of the owner and his family, who continue to inspire him both professionally and personally.

Today, Steve is grateful to be part of a close-knit community in Lake Havasu City. Whether he’s helping design a custom fence or guiding a client through a project, his greatest satisfaction comes from knowing he’s helping others build their dreams — one wall, one yard, one home at a time.

Ron Crawley, Salesman & Chain Link Foreman

I was born on March 9, 1971, and have dedicated my career to the fence industry. I began my journey in installation, developing a solid foundation in fence construction and maintenance. Over time, I transitioned into management roles, overseeing projects and leading teams with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Throughout my career, I have worked with several reputable companies across various states, gaining diverse experience and expertise in different markets. For the past 20 years, I have been proud to work with Armor Fence and Masonry, where I have contributed to its growth and success. My extensive experience and commitment to excellence have established me as a trusted professional within the industry.”

Christina Vasquez, Front Desk Administrator

After 20+ years of law enforcement I am excited to be with the Armor Fence family to begin my new career in the construction business.

Marty Bledsoe, Bookkeeper

My name is Marty Bledsoe, my career began at age 19. My first job was with Sears & Roebucks in LA. Worked my way up the corporate ladder to become the Banking & Cashiering Manager, worked there for 15 years. I pursued my career & went on to work at Xerox Corporation for 15 years, worked my way up to become Financial Control Coordinator of the Wester Region.

In 1996 I married & we established our own consulting business in Sales, Marketing & Accounting. We both had our own clients in these areas.

In 2010 we decided to sell our homes & buy a franchise, which was AAmco Transmission, which we opened up here in Lake Havasu City. With all our experience, is what made our business a success! Sold the business after 5 years. I continued with my clients from California, preparing their books.I had an opportunity to join the construction industry with Hub, a major supplier to the construction trade, which led me to an opportunity to join Armor Fence.
With my many years of experience & knowledge, it has made me a great asset for any company.

My hobbies are gardening, interior & exterior decorating & cooking.

Brian Anderson, Masonry Forema

I’ve been working in the masonry industry since I was 17, and I still love the art and craft of the trade. Armor Fence is a great place to work — I’ve got a lot of respect for Jesse, the owner, and I really enjoy my coworkers. I’m looking forward to hanging up my tools and retiring in about four years.
